They are offering 3.99% interest & APR on 30-year fixed rate loans. All fees are waived, i.e. no appraisal fee, no credit report fee, no origination fee, no escrow fee, no tax service fee. Maximum loan-to-value for owner occupied is 95% and for investor/non-owner occupied the loan-to-value is 80%.
