WA St. web resource for home buyers

Easy as it can be to criticize government offices, they often provide some really valuable resources. Here is one example:

The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has a new web page of resources for home buyers and owners covering topics such as "Refinancing To Historically Low Interest Rates", "Assistance For Those Struggling To Make Mortgage Payments", and "Buying A Home - Discover Whether You're Ready."

Current loan rates

client has wanted to lock (the loan rate), we have gotten some very favorable terms.

This evening, until (at least) 7PM, I am holding open a 4 bedroom/2 bath mid-century home in Shorewood. As you can imagine, it has a fabulous view of the Sound.
