Current mortgage loan rates

Here's the weekly update on mortgage loan rates and programs, courtesy of Troy Chambers, loan officer for Arboretum Mortgage.

"Rates have gone up a bit this week, but who cares … its Holiday time!! Actually, it is quite common as the year ends, to see rates creep slowly upwards. I am assuming they will settle back down as the calendar turns.
