"Singles Only" Homebuyer Workshop

31% of homebuyers are single adults. Now there is a homebuyer workshop offered especially for you! Beginning April 19th, I will be offering this FREE 2-hour class most Sundays from 10-Noon at the Prudential Offices in Jefferson Square, West Seattle. Class size is limited to 6 participants and REGISTRATION is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The general outline of this session is the same as the Saturday workshops, which are offered for the General Public, but the discussion will focus on the specific needs and concerns of single adults.
