Morgan Junction Festival Today!

What a perfect day to party in the streets! Don't miss the little-festival-that-could, the Morgan Junction Festival, today from 11-6 at the intersection of California and Morgan (Fauntleroy).

Much more intimate that its cousin, Summerfest, this is a relaxed and not overly crowded event where you can schmooze with friends and neighbors and probably pick up some free stuff.

I will be there, sponsoring a booth, with information about (what else?) real estate. Booths are located in the parking lot behind Zeek's Pizza. Come see me!
