Rates dipped a bit earlier in the week, but have come back up and settled in at the current level of 5% for Conventional 30-yr. fixed loans. It's still a very good time to look at a refinance or a new home purchase. Either way, I can help, so please feel free to call my cell phone at any time. 425-418-5103.
