Coming up this Wednesday, July 20th, another free workshop sponsored by Savvy Seattle Women. 6-7:30PM, Deanne Sposari will present "Home Loans 101: Financing Your Dream". Deanne is  a Senior Loan Officer with M & T Bank and she loves answering questions about how to get a home loan!

SSW Workshops are very casual, low-key gatherings with lots of opportunity for Q & A. We also serve wine and other refreshments! Plenty of free parking available. Congratulations to 4-year-old, Bishop F. of West Seattle! He is one of the winners of Prudential's annual SummerFest Kid's Coloring Contest! He won a $25 gift card to Cupcake Royale. His mom says he equates the win with his birthday. He looks pretty happy, don't you think?

When should I hold an Open House on Alki?

Traditionally, most Open House events are held from 1-4 on Sundays (and Saturdays), but is that really the best time? I am trying to decide what hours to hold an Open House for my condo listing on Alki and wondering when would be best?

What's your opinion? What hours would be most convenient for you?

This week, I'm going to hold it Open from 1-4 on Saturday and 10-noon on Sunday. This is a 1,020 sq. ft. 1 bedroom unit in the Duwamish Head building at 1140 Alki Av SW #203. Here is the view from the living room window.
